Nebojsa Visnjic / Product Design & AI Leadership

Product design leadership.
Advanced AI in practice.

I set product vision, build strong teams and develop the capabilities an organization needs next. At Dongfeng, I built and taught AI workflows that teams adopted, accelerating concept-video production 10–20×. I also structured research with Hunan University using 1.78M+ user records and fieldwork across 11 cities. My experience spans digital products, home robotics, automotive and film.

Research into direction.
AI into adopted workflows.

I frame the questions that research must answer, turn findings into product principles and connect design with engineering early. I stay close to UX, UI, 3D, motion and sound to set a clear quality bar, then build and teach workflows that help the team carry that standard into its work.

The character.
Defined and locked.

I developed the Panda character and established its proportions, facial features and visual identity as a fixed reference for every scene and application.

Understand people.
Shape the product.

At Dongfeng, I structured a partnership with Hunan University and framed the questions connecting research with future product decisions. The study combined 1.78M+ user records with 30 in-depth interviews with family users across 11 cities, using fieldwork and LLM-assisted synthesis.

Findings informed product principles and a process that narrowed 375 ideas to 100 innovation cards and four flagship concepts, validated through VR and sound prototypes. Read about my role and the research →
